Good by to Casper Weinburger. We got to ride on a plane with him for a while back in the late 80's. He was a really tiny guy. The conservatives are saying of him, like all the other dead Reganites, how he won the cold war. Again I never saw him in the Streets of Moscow the day the Parliment surendered to the people. But then again he was really tiny and he might have been there.
